Shipping

Availability of items is not always guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or will be delayed, we will notify you via email. You will receive an order confirmation email as well as a separate email confirming shipment with a tracking number. Please allow approximately 3 business days for order processing prior to shipping. Expected arrival for domestic orders is approximately 3-7 business days from the shipping date. Expected arrival for international orders is approximately 7-21 business days from the shipping date.

Sizing

Some of our items do not have standard sizing; please review the size chart and measurements before completing your purchase. For further information about sizing, please contact us.

Returns

All sales are final unless an item received has a notable defect. In case of a defective item, we must be notified within 3 days. Should there be a return issued, the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

International Duties & Taxes

For all international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or related charges assessed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not collected, controlled, or influenced by us or by our shipping carriers. We recommend checking with your country's customs office for details on potential import costs before placing an order.
